    Pollution Prevention Partnership (P3)
The Pollution Prevention Partnership (P3) started in 1995 to address air quality issues in Corpus Christi, an ozone near-nonattainment area. P3 resides in the Department of Community Outreach on the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus. We deliver a broad range of services to business and the general public throughout the Coastal Bend.

Air Quality Program
The P3 Air Quality Program provides:

Oil and Bilgewater Recovery
A project that provided six oil and bilgewater recovery units to harbors and marinas in the Coastal Bend.

Stormwater Program
Assists local governments, small businesses, and construction companies with the new Phase II stormwater rules

Urban Leadership Collaborative
Provides safety and environmental training to formal and non-formal educators in the North Bay Community

Gulf Coast Environmental Education Program
A partnership between P3 and the Adopt-A-Wetland Program that combines activities of both partners into a diverse series of experiences for students, seniors and the general public
