2009 Advanced Placement Teacher's Summer Institute…on the Island

Located on the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus the 2009 APTSI on the Island is a four and-a-half day intensive continuing education institute providing high school teachers with professional development and strategies to enhance classroom performance and engage students of Advanced Placement courses. The consultants selected to lead the individual course sessions are experienced, enthusiastic Advanced Placement teachers, who meet the College Board standards for approved consultants.

The institutes include:

• College Board approved consultants
• 30 hours of credit issued by the College Board
• All College Board materials
• Institute course binder and materials
• Lunch, snacks, and morning beverage service
• Plus extra goodies and give-aways!
